Role Descriptions: SAP Product Costing Senior Consultant (Expert Level)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Product Costing Senior Consultant with deep functional expertise in Product Costing and strong integration knowledge across SAP modules. The consultant will play a key role in leading workshops, driving solution design, and providing functional oversight for development activities. Having SAP BW Analytics is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business workshops and discussions to gather and define requirements.
Design and implement SAP Product Costing solutions aligned with business needs.
Provide functional specifications and guide development teams through build and testing phases.
Act as a functional lead, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
Oversee integration with SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, and PP.
Support end-to-end lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including onsiteoffshore resources.
Provide solution guidance for complex costing scenarios and inventory valuation.
Required Skills & Expertise
Deep expertise in:
o SAP Product Costing
o Material Ledger
o Intercompany Markup
o Profit in Inventory (PII)
Strong understanding of standard costing processes and cost component structures aligned with SAP Product Costing practices.
Extensive experience in SAP FICO integration and supply chain finance processes.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end Product Costing lifecycle, including costing runs, marking, and release.
Hands-on experience in functional specification preparation and solution design.
Ability to lead global workshops and stakeholder discussions.
