Position Summary:
Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge? We are looking for a Windows Endpoint Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune and Windows 11. Working alongside senior engineers and technical leads, you'll help build, deploy, and support endpoint solutions that keep Windows 11 devices secure and running efficiently across our enterprise. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Global Tech Center, Executive Support, EUO, and application teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers as needed.
- Support the deployment and day-to-day management of Windows 11 environments using Microsoft Intune, under the guidance of senior engineers and technical leads.
- Implement and maintain Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployments according to established standards.
- Apply working knowledge of Microsoft cloud services, including Entra ID, Intune, and Azure, to support endpoint operations.
- Monitor device health, patch compliance, and user experience, and report trends and issues to the team.
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for escalated issues related to Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Intune-managed devices.
- Stay current with Microsoft’s roadmap and best practices for Windows and Intune.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for procedures, configurations, and standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in Windows engineering, endpoint management, or desktop engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Exposure to AVD, OKTA, and Zscaler is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, and Windows security baselines.
- Experience with Autopilot, BitLocker, and Defender for Endpoint; familiarity with Conditional Access.
- Familiarity with SCCM, Active Directory, and hybrid environments.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Pennsylvania.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications such as MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator), AZ-900, or SC-900.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and Agile methodologies.
- Experience supporting enterprise environments with 5,000+ endpoints.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Clear communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in endpoint engineering.
