Senior SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Project Manager (US-Based)

We are looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Project Manager to lead a Greenfield Public Cloud implementation for a US-based manufacturing client with operations in the US, Mexico, and Canada.

as the delivery lead and must combine deep Public Cloud expertise with strong governance and scope discipline.

Must-Have Profile

• 7+ years SAP Project Management experience
• Minimum 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations with a minimum of 1 full cycle Public Cloud Greenfield  implementation
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Fit-to-Standard workshops
• Clean Core enforcement
• BTP side-by-side extensions
• SAP Cloud ALM
• SAP Signavio
• Structured RAID & change control governance
• Experience managing distributed / nearshore teams
• Strong executive communication skills (SteerCo-ready)

What This Role Is Really About

• Enforce scope discipline in Public Cloud
• Prevent uncontrolled customization
• Protect commercial boundaries and manage change requests
• Drive Fit-to-Standard adoption with business stakeholders
• Run structured governance (entry/exit criteria, milestone control)
• Lead multi-country coordination (US primary; Mexico manufacturing; Canada sales)
• Manage a 10–15 person SI delivery team

• ~250 scope items (to be validated in Explore)
• Manufacturing + Finance + Supply Chain
• Travel to Montgomery, AL for key milestones
• Limited travel to Mexico and Canada

What We Are NOT Looking For

• On-premise or Private Cloud–only PMs
• Functional leads transitioning into PM without full-cycle leadership
• Purely operational PMs without scope governance maturity
• Candidates who default to customization instead of Clean Core
