Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Trade Functional Analyst with a strong background in Financial Services/Capital Markets to support brokerage trading applications in a high-pressure production environment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Azure, CI/CD, SQL, scripting, and production support, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Required Experience:
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Services or Capital Markets.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as GitHub and Jenkins.
- Strong experience in production support for trading or brokerage applications.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production support for brokerage trading applications in a high-pressure trading environment.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, escalating issues when required.
- Partner with business users to resolve issues while ensuring compliance with IT and business control standards.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare operational metrics, audit reports, and application status reports.
- Maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) documentation and participate in DR exercises.
- Collaborate with technology, business, compliance, audit, and vendor teams.
- Participate in on-call rotations, including evenings and weekends, to manage high-severity production incidents.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting brokerage or trading applications.
- Knowledge of Cloud Service Brokerage.
- Familiarity with Trade Finance processes.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
