Job Details

This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development of commercial properties across a variety of asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

Structure, negotiate, and close commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters
Represent developers, investors, lenders, and institutional clients in complex real estate deals
Draft and review purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, and related transactional materials
Support real estate financing transactions, including borrower and lender-side representation
Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning review
Collaborate with land use, environmental, and corporate teams on multidisciplinary matters

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar admission
3+ years of commercial real estate or transactional experience
Strong experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage deals independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong client service orientation and attention to detail
