RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking a Sourcing Specialist for 2 remote roles.

Summary:
In this role, you'd be joining Clients Strategic Sourcing team. Our team maximizes your return on supplier investments by delivering cost savings and operational efficiencies. We help mitigate suppl risks, ensure compliance with procurement policies, oversee strategic suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and reduce the time to engage a supplier. In this role, you'll impact the team by supporting global projects and ensuring the delivery of procurement priorities, including contract extensions, renewals, risk reassessment, and vendor on-boarding/off-boarding activities. You'll collaborate with key business partners to understand the needs and strategically manage their spend and supplier relationships. Your day-to-day will include:

Duties:
* Serving as the main point of contact through a single intake process
* Managing a high volume of buying cases submitted from Technology Teams and M&A teams
* Developing reports and dashboards to track buying ticket statuses
* Identifying areas of opportunity to streamline processes, allowing teams to act quickly while protecting client
* Creating strategies based on industry trends and internal spend data to generate optimization opportunities
* Supporting sourcing plans and supplier spend management strategies, managing complex sourcing projects and negotiations
* Building partnerships across Workplace, Finance, Operations, HR, Privacy, and Legal teams
* Maintaining accurate records and working with various groups to simplify processes
* Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and resolving sourcing issues
* Working primarily out of ZIP & Slack
* Identify expiring contracts and new demand from M&A businesses and make determinations/decision making based on org needs
* Troubleshooting and supporting stakeholders when issues arise

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Management, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement space/background
* Familiarity with procurement intake and ticket management tools like Zip
* Demonstrated success in sourcing, negotiating, and delivering complex contracts
* Experience using data analysis and industry trends to create strategies
* Proven record of implementing sourcing and process improvement initiatives
* History of building relationships with business leaders and supplier executives
* Previous experience managing conflict and building consensus
* Ability to exceed demands of global stakeholders across multiple regions
* Experience working independently while maintaining teamwork

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
