We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with strong expertise in Oracle E Business Suite to support federal G Invoicing integrations. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting technical integrations between Oracle EBS and the Fiscal Service G Invoicing platform for intragovernmental transactions.

This role requires hands on development experience across the full G Invoicing lifecycle including General Terms and Conditions, Orders, Performance and Receiving, and Invoices. The developer will ensure accurate outbound and inbound interface processing, data mapping, validations, error handling, reconciliation, and financial impact alignment within EBS modules.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop technical integrations between Oracle EBS and G Invoicing platform
Develop and troubleshoot PL SQL, SQL, EBS interfaces, APIs, and concurrent programs
Build and maintain ETL processes for inbound and outbound financial data
Create and manage BI Publisher and XML artifacts as required
Implement middleware and integration components using Oracle SOA Suite or Oracle Integration patterns
Perform data transformations, message generation, validations, acknowledgements, and reconciliation
Ensure accurate processing across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and General Ledger
Implement monitoring solutions and audit ready logging mechanisms
Support system integration testing, UAT cycles, and production cutovers
Resolve production defects and ensure compliance with federal security and FISMA aligned standards
Collaborate with finance stakeholders, integration teams, and external partners
Required Skills
Strong ETL development experience
Extensive hands on experience with Oracle EBS
Advanced SQL and PL SQL expertise
Experience developing EBS integrations and APIs
Knowledge of federal financial systems and G Invoicing lifecycle preferred
Understanding of audit controls, compliance, and data traceability in federal environments
