About this Role:

Senior IT leader responsible for driving enterprise technology strategy, large-scale delivery, and operational performance. This role partners with executive leadership to enable business growth, digital transformation, and secure, scalable technology capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute IT strategy aligned to business growth and financial performance
• Lead large-scale technology delivery and global IT operations
• Own budgets, vendor strategy, and enterprise architecture decisions
• Drive digital transformation and modernization initiatives
• Ensure security, risk, and compliance across all technology platforms
• Lead and develop high-performing, multi-level IT teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
• Proven executive leadership across IT strategy, operations, and delivery
• Experience managing large teams, budgets, and complex portfolios
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, design, communication, and execution skills
• Experience working with multiple vendors and strategic partners
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, network, and telecom environments
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $minimum - $midpoint.
