o Tyler Technologies New World ERP (Financial, Payroll, and HR Systems)
o Tyler Technologies AEGIS (Public Safety Systems)

o 911 call-handling software, telephone, and radio communications
technologies supporting law enforcement, emergency management, and
dispatch operations
o Systems supporting County offices and services such as the State’s
Attorney, Sheriff’s Office, Circuit Clerk, Judicial, Finance, Human
Resources, Elections, Health Department, Transportation, and
Development and Community Services
o ADA compliance, accessibility initiatives, and improved citizen-facing
digital services
o Project portfolio oversight, enterprise IT governance, and RFP
management support
• Proven experience with enterprise network systems including:
o Juniper networking infrastructure and configurations
o Cisco switching and routing
o Mist wireless network management and analytics
o Fortinet firewalls and network protection solutions
• Staff with PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified
Practitioner), or equivalent credentials or experience
• Capability to place and maintain consultant personnel onsite daily throughout
Kane County for the duration of assigned engagements.
