Your Role:

The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for planning and driving the execution of engineering projects from end to end. This includes coordinating scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, on-time execution. Projects will range in scope from CAPEX projects to quick investigations to support the urgent needs of our HPAPI manufacturing environment. You will work with general contractors, skilled construction workers, internal resources across all departments, global colleagues and engineers to successfully execute assigned projects to meet the site's objectives.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of engineering principles and the ability to provide technical guidance.
  • You have experience in budget management, including forecasting and controlling project expenditure.
  • You have proven experience in project management, overseeing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • You are skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication, effectively liaising with diverse teams and external partners.
  • You are adept at problem solving and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver.
  • You Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Safety, Procurement, Vendors/Contractors) on project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with site standards and applicable regulations.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or other related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in manufacturing, engineering, or maintenance in an industrial setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Experience in a GMP regulated environment.

Pay Range for this position: $76,400- $118,900.

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
