Senior Product Manager
*Onsite in San Francisco

Overview
Join a pioneering startup as a Senior Product Manager, playing a critical role in shaping our product strategy and AI capabilities. You will lead the prioritization, definition, and execution of innovative product roadmaps in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position offers the opportunity to drive tangible business impact by launching solutions that optimize estate settlement automation and improve core operational metrics. If you are a seasoned product leader with startup experience and a passion for transformative technology, this is your chance to make a meaningful difference.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in early-stage startup environments (pre-seed, seed, Series A/B)
  • Proven track record of launching products that significantly improve business metrics through innovative solutions
  • Strong leadership in defining and executing product roadmaps and AI-related initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, research, and product development
  • Technical acumen and a deep understanding of AI and automation systems

Nice to Have Skills

  • Hands-on AI/ML experience or familiarity with AI frameworks
  • Previous experience working in estate settlement or related financial services
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies and iterative deployment cycles
  • Prior experience working in San Francisco or willing to work in-office, with flexibility considerations

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Extensive experience in product management, especially within high-paced, innovative startups
