Summary

Job Title: IAM Program Manager (W2 Role)

Work Location: Columbus, IN 47201

Job Description:

·        Oversee implementation and governance of IAM lifecycle processes (Joiner–Mover–Leaver).

·        Act as the primary liaison between technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership

·        Deliver clear executive-level status reporting, including dashboards that highlight project health, KPIs, risks, and achievements.

·        Drive smooth handover from project delivery to steady-state operations.

·        Implement best practices, documentation standards, and repeatable processes that elevate IAM program maturity.
