Job Title: PM with Data & Analytics Background

Duration: Long Term Contract.

Goal 1: Deliver Projects Within Scope, Schedule, and Budget with Risk Mitigation Ensure the overall health of the program/project through standard project management routines and governance processes, including proactively identifying, communicating, escalating, and mitigating risks, delivering projects to scope and sponsor-approved timeline with +/- 10% budget variance by Q4

2026. Success Measures:

• Deliver projects to the defined scope and within the sponsor-approved timeline.
• Achieve +/- 10% budget variance for all projects, or an acceptable variance as required by leadership.
• Issues and risks are resolved using the resolution plan before the target date.
• 100% adherence to Project Manager role routines and applicable processes and controls. Organization Outcome Contribution: Technology Enablement of Member Service, Technology Enablement of Product Competitiveness. VP

Goal 2: Enhance Predictability and Communication of Project Status Provide weekly status and communication updates, including escalations logged in Clarity and notifications to delivery sponsors, with clear "Path to Green" identified and articulated for all risks, issues, and variances, ensuring a week-ahead focus with 80% success on planned activities by Q4 2026. Success Measures:

• Monitor and report on all material changes for project scope, timeline, and capacity consumption as part of weekly project updates.
• Publish a "week-ahead" focus, maintaining 80% success on completing planned activities.
• Demonstrable evidence of improved predictability and transparency in the team''s delivery process.
• Resource utilization on active projects is reported weekly. Organization Outcome Contribution: Financial discipline, Operationalize Data and Analytics Operating Model. VP Focus Area: Enable 3-year horizon decision-making to fund AI investments, Improve internal and external operating model.
