Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM professional to design, develop, and support CRM solutions that align with business requirements. The role involves configuring, customizing, and integrating Dynamics CRM to improve customer engagement, sales, and service operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Configure and customize Dynamics CRM modules including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Engagement.
• Design and develop workflows, plugins, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics CRM and external systems using APIs, Power Automate, Azure services, and middleware.
• Perform data migration, data validation, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with business users, QA teams, and technical teams throughout the SDLC.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ensure CRM solutions follow security, compliance, and best-practice standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with MS Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
• Strong experience in CRM customization and configuration.
• Hands-on development experience using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, and Web Resources.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Knowledge of SQL Server, data modeling, and reporting.
• Experience with Azure integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture and deployment models (Online/On-Prem).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Dynamics 365 certifications
• Experience in Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Domain experience (Banking, Healthcare, Utilities, Retail, etc.)
