What you'll own as the Senior Team Lead, Data Platform - Drive and coordinate improvements to our data platform
- Extend and optimize our data lake
- Perform Design and Code Reviews
- Work closely with Product Management and internal customers to maintain a healthy backlog
What you'll bring - Experience with Spark, Python, and Athena
- 12+ years of software engineering experience and 5+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Expertise in SQL
- Experience with other big data frameworks
- A team player and problem solver
- Excellent communication skills
It's a bonus if you have - Machine Learning and AI experience
- Experience with Payments and Fintech
- Experience with Snowflake and Databricks

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $127,500.00-$192,525.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
