Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications, integrations, and platform solutions using enterprise development best practices.
- Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution implementation while ensuring application quality, performance, and scalability.
- Develop secure, reliable, and high-performing enterprise integrations, automation solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities across cloud platforms.
- Mentor development teams, drive engineering standards, support production environments, and promote continuous improvement throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
Experience | 8+ years of experience in Salesforce application development, enterprise solution architecture, system integration, cloud application development, Agile software delivery, and technical leadership. |
Technical Skills | Salesforce Development, Enterprise Application Development, Application Integration, API Development, Cloud Platform Development, Event-Driven Architecture, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Enabled Development, Software Architecture |
Business / Domain Skills | Technical Leadership, Solution Design, Business Requirements Analysis, Stakeholder Collaboration, Software Development Best Practices, Continuous Improvement |
Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing enterprise-scale cloud applications using modern architecture and integration patterns.
- Professional cloud platform or application development certifications are preferred.
- Experience working in large enterprise, regulated, or globally distributed development environments.
