Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Lead / Architect with 12+ years of hands-on experience to lead enterprise application architecture, development, and modernisation initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide strong technical leadership while remaining hands-on.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture and design of enterprise-scale .NET applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
Hands-on development using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web APIs.
Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Drive cloud migration and modernisation initiatives.

Required Skills

12+ years of experience in .NET development.
Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web APIs.
Experience with microservice architecture.
Strong SQL Server / RDBMS experience.
Experience with Azure or AWS.
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Certifications (Preferred)

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
Microsoft Certified: .NET / MCSD / MCSA
