SENIOR SNOWFLAKE DEVELOPER

Senior Snowflake Developer | Hybrid – Boston, MA

Roles & Responsibilities

· Design and deploy scalable cloud-based technology solutions using Snowflake and Microsoft Azure

· Strong experience in ETL tools such as Fivetran or Estuary

· Provide technology consulting and strategic guidance on digital transformation and data modernization initiatives

· Architect and oversee implementation of enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions

· Lead technical assessments and identify technology optimization opportunities

· Manage relationships with technology vendors and third-party implementation partners

· Develop technical standards and best practices for data management and cloud infrastructure

· Support business case development for technology investments and initiatives

· Minimum 10 years of software engineering, systems architecture, or technology consulting experience

· Advanced proficiency with Snowflake data platform, including data warehouse design, ETL implementation, and performance optimization

· Demonstrated expertise in Azure or equivalent cloud platforms including IaC, security, and cost optimization

· Strong background in relational and non-relational database architecture, query optimization, and data modeling

· Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and deliver results with minimal supervision while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders

· Ability to architect solutions and serve as a technical authority across complex projects

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Preferred qualifications

· Previous experience in a PE-backed company, with understanding of typical PE operating model optimization and technology implementation (PE – Private Equity)

· Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing Investran enterprise resource planning systems

· Experience with advanced analytics, business intelligence tools, & data visualization platforms (Tableau, Powe BI)

· Track record of providing technology consulting to multiple enterprise clients
