Graphic Designer

Description

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with big brand and licensing experience. This is a contract position where you will play a key role in designing packaging and product visuals, while collaborating with licensor style guides to ensure brand consistency. Working on-site five days a week, you'll contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced team environment focused on delivering high-quality designs across various product categories.

Responsibilities:

Develop packaging and product designs that align with brand guidelines and licensor style guides.

Collaborate with other designers to create visually engaging graphics for a variety of products.

Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to produce high-quality digital designs.

Ensure all projects are completed within deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Adapt to feedback and revisions to deliver market-ready designs.

Work closely with team members to brainstorm creative concepts and innovative design solutions.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organization and prioritization skills.

Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and align on design objectives.

Contribute to expanding product lines, including dolls, stationery, and craft items.

Maintain a strong focus on quality while adhering to the company's creative standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on packaging or product design.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools and workflows.
Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques and tools.
Experience in crafting and activity-related design is a plus but not mandatory.
