Description: Engineering Manager (Full-Stack) - Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
  • High proficiency in C# and .NET for building scalable backend services.
  • Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for modern, responsive web development.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, Knockout, Bootstrap, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, build, and maintain large-scale infrastructure and web services.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals with experience working on distributed systems and large-scale data environments.
  • Proven full-stack development experience across multiple layers of the technology stack.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and containerized environments.
  • Deep understanding of responsive design, modern UI patterns, and web performance best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing or leading engineering teams, including performance management, coaching, and career development.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide teams through agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release execution.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes, quality standards, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience partnering with QA, Business Analysts, DevOps, and resource managers to ensure proper staffing and delivery alignment.
  • Proficiency with Scrum ceremonies, Jira, and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
  • Ability to influence technical direction, drive architectural decisions, and uphold engineering best practices.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
  • Manage day-to-day team operations, including sprint execution, workload balancing, and performance feedback.
  • Partner with product, design, QA, and DevOps to define requirements, plan roadmaps, and deliver features end-to-end.
  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and intuitive front-end experiences.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, code quality standards, and agile best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, tooling, and team workflows.
  • Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex issues across the stack, and guide the team toward effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing across QA, BA, and DevOps roles.
