Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical background
- Proven leadership of website or digital platform strategy within large, multi-location organizations
- Work in environments where website architecture, SEO, and marketing technology converge
- Demonstrated ability to lead managers and senior specialists across digital or marketing functions
- Comfort operating in organizations without mature PMO or product structures, bringing clarity to delivery and process
- Familiarity with both B2B and B2C digital customer journeys
- Track record of scaling digital platforms through growth or acquisition

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Own the overall website strategy and performance as a core business platform
- Act as the marketing subject matter expert for how the website functions end-to-end
- Lead and develop teams responsible for SEO and website execution
- Set direction for local and national search strategy at scale
- Partner with engineering to align website architecture and technical priorities
- Create clarity around digital prioritization and sequencing of work
- Introduce structure and process where formal PMO or product practices do not yet exist
- Improve delivery efficiency across marketing and technology initiatives
- Direct external partners and vendors while retaining internal accountability
- Ensure the website supports both B2B and B2C customer journeys
- Balance growth, performance, and platform constraints
- Communicate decisions clearly to marketing, technology, and executive stakeholders
- Anticipate future needs as the platform expands into new markets
