Job Title: Salesforce BA/Scrum Master

Location: Remote (EST Timezone)

Duration: FTE

Salesforce Business Analyst

Understand business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into user stories and functional requirements.
Work on Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Create BRD, FSD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Support solution design in line with Salesforce best practices.
Coordinate with Developers, QA, and Architects during development.
Support UAT, defect tracking, and production releases.
Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.

Scrum Master

Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams.
Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Ensure Agile/Scrum processes are followed properly.
Remove blockers and help the team deliver sprint goals.
Work with Product Owner to manage and groom the backlog.
Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery status.
Promote continuous improvement and team collaboration.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects.
Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and functionality.
