Must have Technical Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience
• Experience in AI-First Engineering: Proficiency in AI-first development principles, LLM integration, AI-assisted coding, and AI-powered development tools to accelerate application development and deployment.
• Experience in Full-Stack Engineering: Strong hands-on experience in full-stack product development, including front-end (React JS), backend (Python/Java), APIs, and application architecture.
• Experience in API & Enterprise Integration: Expertise in REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SAML/SSO, and integrating applications with existing enterprise systems.
• Experience in Production Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose deployment and application issues using logs, reproduce failures, implement fixes, and validate solutions in production-like environments.
• Experience in Enterprise Environment Adaptability: Ability to work within existing enterprise technology stacks (Claude + AWS + AI), infrastructure, and architectural constraints.
• Experience in Independent Execution: Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and prioritize technical activities based on business needs.
• Strong Problem-Solving & Judgment: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with ability to make sound technical decisions and balance speed, quality, andrisk.
• Must have good Proactive Communication: Ability to communicate progress, surface blockers early, propose solutions, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Strong experience in Business & Technical Collaboration: Ability to work directly with business stakeholders, product teams, and enterprise IT teams to translate business needs into deployable, supportable applications.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with containers, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, environment configuration, logging, and monitoring.
• Security & Compliance: Working knowledge of enterprise security practices, least-privilege access, sensitive data handling, and security and compliance requirements.

Nice to have skills

• End-to-End Deployment: Ability to independently manage environment setup, application configuration, data migration, deployment, cutover, and rollback planning.
• Application Enablement: Ability to identify and resolve technical, operational, and workflow blockers that prevent application adoption.
• Operational Readiness: Proficiency in documenting deployments, creating operational runbooks, and establishing repeatable configurations for ongoing support and maintenance.
• Risk & Scope Management: Ability to identify and communicate technical risks, security concerns, dependencies, and scope changes early.
• Data Engineering: Strong proficiency in SQL, data mapping, data migration, and troubleshooting data integration and deployment pipelines.
