Our client is seeking a Coupa and Concur Systems Specialist to administer, optimize, and support Source-to-Pay and Travel & Expense platforms. The role will configure workflows, policies, and integrations while partnering with Finance, Procurement, AP, HR, and IT. The specialist will drive reliability, compliance, user experience, and process improvement across Coupa and SAP Concur. The position requires hands-on troubleshooting, data validation, and change management through releases and upgrades.

Rate: $65.00 to $75.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the Coupa platform across Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, and Supplier Management.
  • Configure approval chains, workflows, forms, supplier onboarding, and account coding rules.
  • Manage catalog updates, purchase order workflows, invoice processing rules, and supplier portal activities.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions.
  • Support integrations between Coupa and ERP or financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday Financials.
  • Partner with Procurement and AP to optimize S2P processes and improve user adoption.
  • Administer Concur Expense and Invoice modules, including user setup, policies, workflows, and audit rules.
  • Maintain travel and expense configurations aligned with corporate policy.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and manage escalations with SAP Concur support as needed.
  • Manage integrations for HR feeds, GL coding, credit card programs, and payment files.
  • Ensure compliance with travel, expense, and audit requirements across the organization.
  • Lead system upgrades, releases, UAT, regression testing, and change management.
  • Analyze data trends to identify process inefficiencies or compliance gaps.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, AP, HR, and Procurement stakeholders to refine system strategy.
  • Develop process documentation, training materials, and deliver end-user training.
  • Support SOX, audit, and security reviews across Coupa and Concur environments.

Experience Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience administering Coupa in Procurement, Invoicing, or Expenses.
  • 3 or more years of experience with SAP Concur Expense and/or Invoice modules.
  • Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay and Travel & Expense processes.
  • Working knowledge of workflows, integrations, user roles, GL coding, and system controls.
  • Advanced Excel with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data validation skills.
  • Experience partnering with Finance, AP, Procurement, HR, and IT teams.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite (preferred).
  • Familiarity with API integrations, middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi, or data feeds (preferred).
  • Experience with credit card program administration including Corporate Cards or P-Cards (preferred).
  • Prior involvement in system implementations or major upgrades (preferred).
  • Knowledge of audit and compliance frameworks including SOX and internal controls (preferred).
