Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Java Developer to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, along with hands-on experience in C/C++, PL/SQL, and Pro*C. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, architecture design, and hands-on development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java/J2EE
- Proven experience in C/C++ programming
- Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL and Oracle Database
- Experience with Pro*C for database-driven applications
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with version control tools like Git
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker & Kubernetes
- Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, etc.)
