Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Application Developer to join a high-impact engineering team building a modern platform. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, proactive engineer who enjoys working across the full stack and is passionate about delivering scalable, user-friendly applications in a fast-paced Agile environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop intuitive, responsive frontend components using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Build, enhance, and maintain backend services using Kotlin, Java, and Eclipse Vert.x.
Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full application stack.
Ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability through testing and test automation.
Take ownership and accountability for the code you develop and maintain.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Kotlin, and Java.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
