Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Lead AI Engineer to drive the design and development of advanced AI solutions, including AI foundations, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI systems. The candidate will lead technical strategy, build scalable AI platforms, and guide engineering teams in delivering high-impact AI products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI foundation models and LLM-based solutions.
Build and optimize Agentic AI systems and intelligent workflows.
Lead end-to-end AI model development, training, and deployment.
Define AI architecture and best practices.
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams.
Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI systems.
Mentor and lead AI engineers and data scientists.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in AI/ML, deep learning, and NLP.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience with cloud platforms and AI deployment.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
