Required Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience in consulting sales or enterprise financial technology sales
• Significant experience selling consulting services (strategy, implementation, transformation)
• Strong domain knowledge in banking and fintech
• Proven ability to close $500K–$5M+ consulting engagements
• Executive-level communication and relationship management skills
• Experience working in remote, national sales territories
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience at a fintech consultancy, Big 4, or banking technology firm
• Existing executive relationships within banks or fintechs
• Familiarity with leading banking platforms (FIS, Client, ACI, Q2, Bottomline, Finxact, Alkami)
