Senior Manager, Network Services

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, architecture, and long-term resilience of our enterprise wired and wireless network to support evolving business needs.
- Translate business goals into clear network roadmaps, balancing near-term delivery with long-term scalability and reliability.
- Build, develop, and inspire a team of senior network engineers through coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities that prepare future leaders.
- Partner with senior IT and business leaders to plan, prioritize, and deliver complex initiatives that improve performance, availability, and end-user experience.
- Ensure high levels of network availability through proactive lifecycle management, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Guide the design and execution of WAN, LAN, and wireless solutions, ensuring alignment with security and service management standards.
- Oversee vendor selection and relationships, including forecasting resource needs and managing contracts to maximize value.
- Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes of network initiatives.
- Encourage innovation by empowering the team to bring forward new ideas and challenge existing approaches in service of better results.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience supporting enterprise network or infrastructure teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex technology projects, including responsibility for coordinating the work of others.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of enterprise networking technologies such as routing and switching, wireless, MPLS, VPNs, firewalls, load balancing, and network access controls.
- Practical experience with protocols including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, DNS, and related technologies.
- Proven ability to set direction, make informed decisions, and guide teams through complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, simple terms to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience supporting distributed enterprise networks at scale.
- Background in both engineering and operational network environments.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing decisions.
- Relevant IT or networking certifications.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 138,300 - 230,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
