Summary

Job Title : AI Engineer (Agentic AI)

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 12 Months + Extension

Bill Rate: $76/hour

Job Type: W-2 Contract

Client: To Be Discussed Later

Work Authorization: US-Citizen, H-1B, OPT-EAD, GC-EAD

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Agentic AI solutions & conversational assistants
Build integrations with APIs, web services, and enterprise applications
Implement and optimize NLP & LLM-based solutions
Develop dashboards & analytics for AI performance monitoring
Design seamless conversation flows & user experiences
Ensure security, compliance, and governance of AI systems
Lead POCs and emerging technology initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams & AI CoE

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience with Microsoft AI stack (Azure AI, Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform)
Hands-on with Google Conversational AI (Dialogflow CX, CCAI, CX Agent Studio)
Experience building Agentic AI / Virtual Assistants
Strong knowledge of NLP, LLMs & Conversational AI architectures
Expertise in API design & integrations
Programming skills in Python / C# / .NET / JavaScript
Experience with SharePoint Online + Power Platform
Experience with Looker Dashboards (Google ecosystem)
Strong experience in AI model training, deployment & monitoring
