Frontend-Leaning Full Stack Engineer (Angular / .NET)


We are not accepting C2C or 1099 arrangements.

Location: Charlotte, NC or Irving, TX (Hybrid - 3 days onsite required)
Duration: 12-month contract (with potential extension)


About the role


We're looking for a Frontend-leaning Full Stack Engineer to join a team supporting a high-visibility suite of enterprise applications used by over 55,000 users. These applications are critical to operational workflows and are designed to ensure quality assurance and accuracy of user responses across the organization.

This is an opportunity to work on large-scale, production applications where your contributions will directly impact performance, usability, and user experience in a mission-critical environment.


What you'll do

  • Enhance and maintain existing Angular-based user interfaces across multiple enterprise applications
  • Develop and improve UI components, workflows, and features for better usability and performance
  • Add new functionality to existing features (focused on enhancement vs. greenfield development)
  • Integrate frontend components with .NET Core APIs and SQL Server-backed systems
  • Collaborate with backend engineers and stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable solutions
  • Ensure high-quality code through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices


What we're looking for
Minimum qualifications

  • Experience with Angular (modern versions) and strong frontend development fundamentals
  • Experience building applications using .NET / C# / .NET Core
  • Familiarity with SQL Server and data-driven application development
  • Experience working as a full stack engineer, with a strong emphasis on frontend development
  • Ability to work within and enhance large, existing codebases


Preferred qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications (10k+ users)
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and performance optimization
  • Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and data validation systems
  • Ability to navigate and improve legacy or highly complex systems


Technical environment

  • Frontend: Angular
  • Backend: .NET Core / C#
  • Database: SQL Server (system of record)
  • Focus: UI enhancements, feature expansion, and system integration
