Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Apigee (Edge/X), API Gateway, API Management, REST/Microservices, OAuth/JWT security, Google Cloud Platform/AWS, CI/CD, API Proxy/Policies, Monitoring/Scalability, Insurance/BFSI.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strong Apigee expertise (Edge/X) with hands on API proxy & policy development, REST/microservices architecture, and end to end API lifecycle management.
Must have deep API security experience (OAuth2, JWT), along with API Gateway, performance tuning, and monitoring in production environments.
Exposure to cloud (Google Cloud Platform/AWS), CI/CD, and enterprise integrations in BFSI/Insurance domain preferred.

Lead the design, development, and deployment of API solutions on Apigee, ensuring scalable, secure, and high performance integrations across enterprise systems.
Own end to end API lifecycle including architecture, security (OAuth/JWT), monitoring, and production support while resolving performance and integration issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor teams to drive best practices, governance, and successful API delivery.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder handling, decision making, and team management abilities to drive delivery and collaboration.
