Title: Senior Fullstack Developer

The Senior Software Developer works under minimal supervision to design, develop, test, debug, and document complex software components in support of enterprise software engineering initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities - Review and analyze complex business processes, system requirements, and data specifications.
- Serve as the primary designer for complex software components across one or more subsystems.
- Build, test, deploy, and document scalable, high-quality software solutions at the project or program level.
- Assist in the creation of software engineering strategies to identify and mitigate technical risks.
- Lead and participate in peer reviews of code, requirements, and technical designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality across deliverables.
- Track, document, and communicate development status, including metrics and progress updates.
- Champion timely and collaborative resolution of defects and technical issues.
- Lead or co-lead internal process improvement initiatives and provide feedback to enhance development practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on project-level tasks and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to technology standards, security controls, and internal policies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, story refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
- Support production releases and post-release activities as needed.
Technical Requirements - Senior-level full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., Angular, React, Vue, or similar).
- Strong experience with relational databases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including building, testing, and deployment automation.
- Hands-on experience writing unit and integration tests.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, including updating and maintaining environments (e.g., AWS or equivalent).
- Experience delivering high-quality enterprise software in a collaborative team environment.
