Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support Workday Request Framework solutions
• Create and maintain custom Business Processes (BPs)
• Design and build complex questionnaires within Workday
• Collect, understand, and interpret customer and business requirements
• Translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions and configurations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes
• Perform smoke testing and validate configurations before formal QA/testing cycles, rather than simply handing work off to downstream testing teams
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices
