Role: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Analyst
Location: Remote

Duration: Full-Time

Client is searching for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Analyst to support Oracle Fusion Supply Chain production systems, focusing on issue triage, resolution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement.
The opportunity:

Provide Business Operations support across Oracle SCM modules; analyze and resolve incidents within SLA
Perform issue triage, identify impacted areas, and engage cross-functional teams
Lead war rooms with IT, Business and External Partners, triage calls, and stakeholder communications
Conduct RCA discussions and track corrective/preventive actions
Execute tasks per SOPs; enhance documentation, knowledge base, and process efficiency

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required .
What you need :

Experience: 8 10 Years
Mandatory Functional Expertise:

CUS, FUL, GOP, OTC
PTD/PTR, STP, RTR (SCM touchpoints)
Reporting & Analytics, Integrations/Boundary Systems

Required Skills:

Strong Oracle Fusion SCM functional expertise
Experience in production support & incident management
Solid end-to-end supply chain knowledge
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

Telco Supply Chain experience
Exposure to **SAP ECC SCM modules (MM, SD, etc.)
