Position: Epic Patient Access RTE Sr. Solution Analyst

Employment Type: Full-Time Employment (FTE)

Start Date: ASAP

Travel: 100% remote

We are seeking a Senior Solution Analyst with strong Epic Patient Access and Real Time Eligibility (RTE) experience to support and optimize patient access workflows. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge of Epic Patient Access, senior-level solution analysis skills, and experience supporting healthcare applications in a managed services or support environment.
Responsibilities

Support Epic Patient Access workflows, including registration, scheduling, eligibility, and related downstream processes.indeed+1
Analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues impacting Patient Access and RTE functionality.
Collaborate with operational leaders, application teams, and technical stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency.
Document solutions, support testing, and assist with optimization initiatives.
Provide ongoing application support in a managed services or production support environment.

Required Qualifications

Epic Patient Access experience required.
Real Time Eligibility (RTE) expertise required.
Senior-level Solution Analyst experience, with the ability to lead analysis and support efforts
Strong understanding of patient registration, scheduling, authorization, and eligibility workflows.
Experience supporting healthcare applications in a support or managed services environment preferred
