Role Overview
As the
Enterprise Account Executive (Asset Management), you will own expansion for a portfolio of large asset management clients already using the platform. This is a strategic "land-and-expand" role focused on converting initial workflow wins into firmwide adoption across Front, Middle, and Back Office teams.
You'll drive account planning, pipeline generation, and executive-level deal execution, closing complex, multi-year enterprise expansions.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Strategy: Build detailed stakeholder maps across FO/MO/BO and develop annual expansion plans with clear sequencing and forecasting.
- Pipeline Generation: Identify new use cases, functions, and geographies to expand into; drive proactive outreach within existing accounts.
- Discovery & Value Development: Surface operational pain points and translate them into actionable AI agent use cases backed by measurable ROI.
- Deal Execution: Run senior-level discovery, lead pricing and proposal development, and manage full-cycle negotiations through signature.
- Executive Navigation: Engage with CIO/COO, investment, operations, risk, and compliance leaders to manage multi-stakeholder buying groups.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success and Product/Engineering to support renewals, uncover upsell triggers, and influence product roadmap needs.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
- 5+ years selling into Asset Managers across investment, operations, and technology teams
- Proven ability to drive account expansion-not just renewals
- Strength in account planning, whitespace identification, and multi-threading
- Fluency in AI, data, or workflow platforms
- Executive presence, credibility, and resilience when navigating complex buyer groups
