Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain Java-based backend services, microservices, APIs, and web applications.
- Develop and integrate responsive frontend components with backend services and enterprise applications.
- Support application modernization, containerization, cloud deployment, and migration from legacy architectures.
- Troubleshoot application issues, conduct technical evaluations, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver reliable solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6+ years of experience in full-stack software development with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud platforms, and modern web technologies.

Technical Skills
|
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, REST APIs, AWS
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Full-Stack Development, Application Modernization, Systems Integration, Technical Troubleshooting, Agile Development

|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
