The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a MBSE Systems Analyst - Communications with proficiency in SysML and modeling tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler.
This role focuses on applying MBSE methodologies to enable data-driven decision-making for warfighting capabilities, with emphasis on tactical communication systems and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Apply MBSE methodologies to develop and maintain SysML models in Cameo Systems Modeler to capture requirements, use cases, and system architectures
Support mission engineering, analysis, system functions, and develop functional and performance requirements for C5 systems integration
Assist in verification and validation of MBSE models, working collaboratively across teams of technical analysts and non-technical stakeholders
Develop and analyze MBSE models to derive mission threads and use cases to aid in system-level verification planning
Ensure traceability between architecture models, IC data compliance, and program requirements
Apply knowledge of C5 and tactical communication systems to create technical diagrams with SysML that accurately outline data flows amongst system components
Demonstrate and utilize modeling tools to help customers with technical requirements and mission planning
Translate complex modeling concepts for diverse audiences, including technical teams and laypersons
Qualifications:
Required
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field
5+ years' experience in analysis, development, evaluation, integration, or test of DoD systems
Strong proficiency in SysML or similar modeling languages (UML, AADL)
Hands-on experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) software, specifically Cameo Systems Modeler or similar tools (MagicDraw, Rhapsody)
Experience with C5 systems (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Combat Systems)
Proven ability to perform model verification and validation activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively with program employees, government client representatives, and internal organizational functional representatives
A collaborative, team-centric attitude and enthusiasm that encourages outreach and partnership
Ability to manage multiple projects and requirements simultaneously in a diverse and dynamic environment with short deadlines
Desired
Experience with tactical communication systems from an engineering and/or operational use perspective
Electrical Engineering educational background or closely related discipline
Understanding of telecommunications and data networking protocols and architectures
Analytic experience in the Intelligence Community (IC)
Systems Engineering experience within the DoD
Scripting skills (JavaScript, Python) for Cameo automation and model manipulation
Basic knowledge of C++ and/or MATLAB
Familiarity with IC data standards and compliance requirements

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$75,200-$158,100
