Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee multiple locations for a growing Home Services organization.
This position will have responsibility for Operations, financial performance, leadership development, and continued growth across the region. The ideal candidate brings significant multi-location leadership experience and a strong track record of improving operational and financial performance.
Travel throughout the region is expected.
Must Have:
- 10+ years of progressive Operations leadership experience
- 5+ years of direct P&L ownership or significant multi-unit financial responsibility
- Experience leading $50mm+ in annual revenue
- Multi-location or multi-branch Operations leadership
- Residential HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Services experience
- Experience leading and developing General Managers or Branch Managers
- Strong understanding of revenue, EBITDA, budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs
- Experience driving operational improvement across multiple locations
- Experience implementing standardized processes and operating procedures
- Ability to travel approximately 50-70%

- Experience across multiple Trades including HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical
- Acquisition and post-acquisition integration experience
- Experience leading $100mm+ regional portfolios
