Job Overview:
This Cloud Services - Advanced role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, scalable cloud solutions to support complex business and technology initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain advanced cloud architectures and services to support enterprise applications and workloads.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate cloud-native services and tools to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring of cloud resources using infrastructure-as-code and scripting tools.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure cloud environments meet compliance, governance, and security best practices.
• Monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive root cause analysis and long-term remediation.
• Optimize cloud costs by analyzing usage patterns, rightsizing resources, and recommending cost-effective solutions.
• Partner with application, data, and operations teams to design cloud solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Contribute to cloud strategy, standards, and best practices, and mentor junior team members on cloud technologies.
• Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and runbooks for cloud solutions and operational procedures.
• Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and recommend innovations that can add value to the organization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an advanced cloud engineering, cloud architecture, or cloud operations role.
• Hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, identity and access management, and monitoring.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates) and automation/scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and related cloud services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems, propose solutions, and implement fixes in production environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator/Architect, Google Cloud Platform Professional Cloud Architect) are highly preferred.

Pay Range: $65/hr- $75/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
