Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Support business change management initiatives across multiple projects and programs
Understand business value, scope, and stakeholder landscape
Conduct business change impact assessments
Develop and execute change communication strategies
Prepare executive packs and stakeholder-specific presentations
Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Develop Quick Reference Guides, training materials, and FAQs
Create video-based training materials with screenshots, short animations, and voiceovers
Facilitiate open forums and drop-in sessions during deployments to address queries and gather feedback
Participate in governance forums and report progress updates
Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality deliverables
