Role summary

We are seeking an AI Builder / AI Solutions Engineer to lead rapid prototyping and production-ready integrations of generative AI solutions. This hands-on role owns end-to-end delivery — from discovery and agent design to frontend prototypes and backend APIs — and moves quickly while maintaining enterprise governance and security standards.

Core responsibilities

Lead 1–4 week discovery-to-prototype cycles and deliver working demos or prototypes in days to weeks.
Design and implement agentic AI workflows using graph/orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI or equivalent).
Develop full-stack prototypes: frontend components (Next.js/React) and backend services/APIs (Python/Node).
Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector search, and knowledge connectors to structured and unstructured sources.
Integrate LLMs and code-generation tools (Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot or equivalent) into developer workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
Own secure deployment patterns and help the client navigate enterprise requirements (SOC2, HIPAA, data residency, model governance).
Produce clear handoff artifacts: architecture notes, runbooks, test cases, and minimal but complete production-ready code.

Must-have qualifications

5+ years software engineering with at least 2 years building production AI/ML or generative-AI solutions.
Practical experience with agentic AI frameworks or orchestration tools such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.
Experience using Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or other AI developer tools (LLM integrations, prompt engineering, tool use).
Full-stack development skills: React/Next.js for frontend and Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node for backend APIs.
Experience implementing RAG patterns, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus), or embedding pipelines.
Strong API design experience and familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and secure service-to-service communication.
History of working with enterprise governance or compliance teams (SOC2, HIPAA, data classification) and producing required artifacts.

Nice-to-have

Experience with Claude Code or Claude Cowork integrations.
Familiarity with FHIR/HL7 or regulated domains (healthcare, finance) and their compliance constraints.
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or orchestration libraries that complement graph-based agent frameworks.
Prior experience moving prototypes to production with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infra-as-code.
Contributions or open-source projects demonstrating agentic AI, LLM tooling, or RAG pipelines.
