Job Title: Java Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud technologies, and software architecture. The candidate will work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and technical leadership to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Define application architecture, technical standards, and best practices.
• Develop and implement microservices-based architectures.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements.
• Review code and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated deployment processes.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design specifications.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java 8/11/17 or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and software architecture.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Java development, with experience in an architecture role.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of security standards and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience mentoring and guiding development teams.
