IT Quality Assurance Analyst Lead

IT Quality Assurance Analyst Lead for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Develop, design, and execute software testing, dashboards, test strategies, test plans, test cases, test suites, and execution cycles. Coordinate testing efforts across SDLC. Plan, execute, and report for enterprise-level project testing. Review risk mitigation, business and technical requirements, QA, resources, timelines, release planning, scope, tasks, testing methodologies, industry trends, data integrity, interfaces, system integrations, legal and regulatory security standards, data privacy and protection, technical specifications, objectives, deliverables, project initiation and scoping, paths, features, test results, key quality metrics. Perform manual, automated, functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, end-to-end, data validation, security testing. Monitor, document, and track defects, conduct root cause analysis, recommend improvements, support hybrid testing environment, collaborate with automation engineers, liaise between QA and stakeholders, perform data validation, verify data consistency between systems and databases, update risk scores. Satisfy client/user needs, recommend modifications. Use Java, J2EE, Azure DevOps, Jira, TSW, PBI, API, S3, AWS, SNS, Lambda, MongoDB, Splunk, AppDynamics, ADO, SOAP Web Services, Hadoop, QC, ALM, TFS, Oracle, SQL Server.

40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing dashboards, test strategies, test plans, test cases, test suites; reviewing risk, requirements, defects; performing manual, automated, regression, integration, system, UAT, end-to-end, security testing; using Java, J2EE, Splunk, AppDynamics, ADO, SOAP Web Services, Hadoop, QC, ALM, TFS, Oracle, SQL Server. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $149,760/yr.
