• Assist HR team with pre-hire and onboarding processes in the Home Health segment.
• Coordinate post-employment screenings and manage related documentation.
• Upload necessary paperwork using a document management system.
• Utilize a verification system for employment eligibility checks.
• Prepare reports and correspondence related to hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with post-employment drug screenings.
• Upload and manage onboarding paperwork in a document management system.
• Use a verification system for employment eligibility checks.
• Prepare and distribute reports on the status of pre-hire processes.
• Coordinate communication regarding new hire orientation and day one actions.

Qualifications
