We’re partnered with a growing wealth management organization that supports high-net-worth financial advisors across the U.S. They’re hiring a hands-on Systems Administrator to support core IT infrastructure, endpoint management, and field operations.
This is not a help desk role. This is a true O365 / Intune Systems Admin position for someone who can own systems, work independently, and represent IT professionally when working directly with financial advisors in the field.
The role is contract-to-hire (6 months) with strong long-term upside.
What You’ll Be Doing

Act as a hands-on Systems Administrator supporting corporate and field environments

Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra, and Intune / Endpoint Manager

Create, modify, and manage:
-
Support workstation provisioning and migrations (including Intune-joined environments)
-
Travel to remote offices (up to 25%) to:
-
Support and administer VoIP systems
-
Assist with call flows, routing, and user support related to voice systems
-
Support Tier 1 & Tier 2 technicians with escalations and root-cause troubleshooting

Own onboarding and offboarding processes
-
Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and processes
-
Install and support network cabling and equipment when needed

Recommend improvements to systems, tools, and processes

Communicate clearly with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, including high-net-worth financial advisors
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
-
Hands-on Systems Administration and Support experience in a Windows environment

Direct experience administering Office 365
-
Strong working knowledge of Azure AD / Entra

Real Intune experience, including at least one of the following:

Experience supporting Windows endpoints in production environments

Experience working directly with business users or external clients

Strong communication skills and professional presence

Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
Nice-to-Haves

RingCentral or other VoIP administration experience

Windows Autopilot deployment experience

Exchange Online migrations

Email troubleshooting (SPF, DKIM, spam filtering)
