Salary StatementEstimated Starting Salary Range: USD $84,000.00/Yr. - USD $139,950.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Description- Independently apply electrical and electronic theory to develop, refurbish, and verify C5ISR systems
- Producing custom engineering solutions, generating technical documentation, and delivering curriculum-level training to field personnel
FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING#LI-TF1
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, business, or computer-science/IT (ABET/CAE) or an associate degree with four years experience or six years of experience
- Active DoD Top Secret (or higher) clearance
- Three or more productive years performing journeyman-level electrical-engineering duties
Desired Skills- PE license or relevant DoD certification is advantageous
- Ability to read, create, and troubleshoot schematics, wiring diagrams, and PCB layouts
- Proficiency with bench-level test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers)
- Experience developing and delivering technical training modules and hands-on labs
- Knowledge of DoD communication system requirements and relevant MIL-STD specifications
- Strong technical writing skills for engineering reports, test plans, and training manuals
- Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with cross-functional teams
Clearance InformationSRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITYTravel Requirements- Domestic travel up to 10% of the year ( 2 weeks)
- International travel less than 5% of the year, only when required for overseas coordination and clearance approval
