Position Title: Support Technician 3Location: 2500 Montopolis Drive, Austin Texas 78741.
Duration: 6 Months with possible extension till 2027Work Schedule: Onsite/HybridResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Job Description:The successful candidate will provide back-end support for Austin Energy's Safety Incident Management System (Cority), which is also used for other enterprise-level functions. The position will perform routine administrative functions, assist in user administration, review and create workflows, and perform frequent quality control and troubleshooting functions.

Years Skills/Experience - 8+ Experience providing back-end support for enterprise technology systems, including quality

- 1+ Experience in creating job aids and user/admin documentation for users of enterprise technology system
- 3+ Experience in using the Cority GX2 platform specifically.
- 3+ Experience providing advanced and escalated technology service support
- 1+ Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- 1-3 Provide professional technical customer service to users
