Overall PurposeResponsible for delivery of large, complex programs including groups of inter-related projects targeted to meet key strategic business goals. Accountable for establishing program management frameworks, tracking progress, managing risk, and controlling change to ensure delivery that meets time, cost, and quality objectives.
This role will serve as the central point of coordination and accountability for Atlas Risk programs, ensuring alignment, execution discipline, and program cohesion across Strategy, Product, Operations, and Risk workstreams.
Essential Functions- Understands portfolio priorities and drives successful business outcomes within the program and aligned projects per defined priorities.
- Manage all aspects of multiple interrelated projects within the program to ensure alignment to strategic business objectives.
- Own and maintain program-level artifacts, including documentation, reporting, executive communications, and presentations.
- Align program plans and interdependencies to ensure roadmap success and resource capacity.
- Perform program-level governance reviews to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to quality expectations.
- Monitor program execution on an ongoing basis, proactively mitigating risks and driving effective issue resolution across workstreams.
- Establish and maintain best practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to improve program effectiveness and delivery.
- Serve as the central point of contact across leadership for Atlas Risk program planning, coordination, and execution.
- Act as the connective layer across Strategy, Product, Operations, and Risk teams, ensuring risk considerations are consistently integrated and that no gaps or overlaps exist across workstreams.
- Drive workstream planning and execution, ensuring milestones are met and the overall program remains on track, on budget, and within scope.
- Embed within Atlas Risk workstreams to proactively identify risks, dependencies, synergies, and execution issues.
- Partner across teams to ensure clear accountability and timely delivery of all risk-related requirements.
- Provide constructive challenge and oversight of program design at both the overall program level and within individual workstreams.
- Collaborate with enterprise and business unit leaders to support successful program execution and alignment.
- Track and report on program performance, including metrics, testing, and deployment outcomes, ensuring visibility to leadership.
- Support development of executive-level communications, including program updates, presentations, and leadership reporting.
- Lead and execute additional Atlas-related strategic initiatives as needed.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements across all program activities.
- Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Minimum Qualifications:- Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or other related fields.
- Typically 8+ years of progressive experience in program management, project management, or related roles.
- Demonstrated program management experience in business and technical environments.
- Experience in financial institutions or similarly regulated industries and/or software development processes.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects within a program and operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Experience developing executive-level communications and presentations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and SDLC practices.
- Background and drug screen required.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience supporting risk, compliance, or operational risk management programs within financial services.
- Familiarity with digital asset-enabled platforms, emerging payment technologies, or cross-border payment capabilities.
- Experience supporting large-scale program builds and operationalization efforts.
- Strong understanding of governance, reporting, and program documentation frameworks.
Physical Requirements
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The base pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ in USD per year is: $145,000 - $177,000.
Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
